A clear quote begins with a clear understanding of the piece, the room, and what needs to be confirmed separately

What is included?

Your selected wall-hung vanity configuration, based on the chosen form, length, and finish. All necessary product mounting hardware is included.

What is not included?

Basin, faucets, plumbing, delivery, and installation are not included unless confirmed separately

Can I request a custom length?

Yes. Custom lengths are reviewed individually before quote confirmation

Is the wood suitable for bathrooms?

Heading

Yes. Each vanity is finished with a protective lacquer layer for bathroom environments, helping the surface resist moisture, water exposure, stains, and everyday wear

Is installation included?

Heading

No. Installation is not included in the product price and is usually arranged separately by the buyer, contractor, or project team. Installation by the ROMA studio team may be available for projects located in Portugal and is quoted separately.

Do you provide technical files?

A Technical PDF is available with dimensions and planning notes. CAD files are not available at this stage

Do you deliver across the EU?

EU delivery can be coordinated and confirmed separately after quote review

Can I return my order?

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are produced specifically to the selected configuration, dimensions, and finish

This does not affect your rights in the event of a manufacturing defect, transport damage, or where otherwise required by applicable law

03 — Production in Portugal

Your vanity is made according to the approved configuration in our Portugal workshop. Lead time is 14 working days after quote confirmation.

04 — EU Delivery Coordination

Delivery details are confirmed separately after quote review and coordinated for your project location within the EU.
